What do I include with my On the Day Wedding Coordination package?

If you’re perfectly happy planning the whole wedding yourself but want to make sure the only thing on your ‘wedding day to do list’ is ‘relax and enjoy the day’, then my on-the-day wedding coordination may be perfect. After an initial consultant via Zoom and personalised proposal, we’ll have another call around 4-6 weeks prior for you to bring me up to speed on your plans. I can be flexible and help you in whichever way you need on your wedding day, but usually services on the day include:

• Reconfirming the venue and suppliers via telephone a couple of weeks in advance 
• Coordination of all your suppliers and agreeing a schedule with them
• Overseeing the design and set up on the day
• Assistance with venue and table decoration, according to your vision
• Finalising the schedule for your day
• Ensuring the day is on track and is going as per the arranged schedule
• Full assistance to you as a couple on the day
• Project managing on the day to ensure everything goes as planned
